Legal & compliance
Travel services: we are an IATA-accredited agency with direct ticketing authority through the Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP). All bookings are issued through our accredited systems.
Precious metals: we operate in compliance with Colorado state law and local ordinances governing secondhand and precious metals dealers. All transactions are recorded and reported as required.
Real estate & land: we are not a licensed real estate broker. We act as a sourcing partner, introducing clients to licensed professionals who execute all transactions. All fee arrangements are governed by written agreements.
Tax liens & debt: we identify opportunities and refer clients to licensed auction houses, title companies, and attorneys. We do not execute or advise on transactions.
