We do not work on verbal promises. We tailor the agreement to the county and asset type, so Maryland tax liens, Minnesota land deals, and Alabama online auctions each get the appropriate legal language.

We verify your license or registration before any introduction.

We also ask for your company or firm name, your role, and your license or registration details so we can confirm you are authorized to receive referrals in the relevant jurisdiction. Can Suits Market handle the closing or accept client funds?

Accepted Answer

No. Suits Market is an introducer and sourcing partner only. We do not hold client funds, execute closings, or act as a real estate broker. All transactions are executed directly between the licensed professionals and the end investor or buyer, with the closing handled by the appropriate licensed broker, attorney, title company, or auction platform.

Tax lien laws vary by county. Some jurisdictions require written agreements for referral fees, others cap interest rates, and some run online bidding while others still hold live auctions. We research the local playbook before introducing any opportunity and make sure the referral agreement reflects the specific county’s rules.
